Profil Lulusan

The Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Mulawarman, has three graduate profiles, namely as:

  1. Researcher in Indonesian Language, Literature, and Culture, particularly the local language, literature, and culture of East and North Kalimantan.
    1. Graduates are able to become researchers in Indonesian language, focusing on areas such as grammatical structures, language transformation, dialect variation, or the use of language in social and cultural contexts.
    2. They are also able to become researchers in Indonesian literature, studying literary works such as novels, short stories, poetry, drama, and other genres.
    3. In addition, graduates are capable of conducting cultural research expressed through the Indonesian language and literature, as well as the local cultures of East and North Kalimantan.
  2. Practitioner in Indonesian Language, Literature, and Culture, particularly the local language, literature, and culture of East and North Kalimantan. An Indonesian language and literature practitioner is an expert who applies or develops the Indonesian language in various contexts. Graduates may pursue careers as translators, writers, editors, or professionals engaged in work involving the application of Indonesian language.
  3. Academic in Indonesian Language, Literature, and Culture, particularly the local language, literature, and culture of East and North Kalimantan. An academic in Indonesian language is a professional in the academic field who focuses on the study and teaching of Indonesian. They may be involved in linguistic research, language structure analysis, or curriculum development for Indonesian language education.
