To become a Dance Study Program of excellence in education, research, and community service, oriented towards the local wisdom of East Kalimantan, based on tropical rainforest culture, and globally competitive by 2040.

1. To provide dance education oriented towards East Kalimantan's local wisdom to produce competent human resources capable of competing at both local and global levels.
2. To conduct research in the field of dance focusing on the local wisdom of East Kalimantan in order to advance science, arts, and culture.
3. To carry out community service related to cultural preservation, particularly in East Kalimantan, to foster superior individuals with strong character.
4. To establish collaborations with the community and other institutions to support the development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan through the field of dance.
